Mr. Kotarski established a national reputation as counsel in media,
defamation and privacy actions, particularly on behalf of plaintiffs.
He has participated in multidistrict litigation cases outside of California
as far away as Puerto Rico and as near as Arizona. Mr. Kotarski takes
pride, as he was involved with a team of lawyers who worked on the
