Kenneth A. Kotarski (Member) born Buffalo, New York, January 19, 1957; admitted to bar, 1981, California and U.S. District Court, Central and Eastern Districts of California; 1982, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of California; 1985, U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Kotarski established a national reputation as counsel in media, defamation and privacy actions, particularly on behalf of plaintiffs. He has participated in multidistrict litigation cases outside of California as far away as Puerto Rico and as near as Arizona.
